Privacy Statement
She's Invested Limited (NZBN 9429048144346) collects and looks after your personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This statement covers the waitlist. It will be replaced by a full Privacy Policy when the platform launches.
What we collect
Your first name and your email address. That is all we ask for on this website.
Why we collect it
To add you to the waitlist and to contact you about the launch of She's Invested, including letting you know when places open and how many there are. We do not use it for any other purpose, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is held
Your details are held by She's Invested Limited in a database provided by Supabase, on servers located in Sydney, Australia. Because that is outside New Zealand, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected to a standard comparable to New Zealand's, which is what Information Privacy Principle 12 of the Privacy Act 2020 requires.
Your choice
Giving us your details is voluntary. We do need them to add you to the list, and being on the list does not reserve a place or oblige you to become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it, at any time. Email privacy@shesinvested.co.nz and we will action it.
How long we keep it
Until we launch and you decide whether to become a client, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If you become a client, your information is then covered by the full Privacy Policy that applies to the platform.
Cookies
This website uses only what it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, ad networks, or retargeting on this site.
